I have always been captivated by the profound connection between our internal experiences and the ever-evolving, dynamic world that shapes and informs us. This enduring curiosity has guided my path and inspired me to pursue certifications in the Alexander Technique, Visionary Cranial Sacral, Pilates, Anusara Yoga, Real Estate, and, most recently, Life Coaching.

For over thirty years, I have embraced opportunities to challenge myself—breaking boundaries, fostering meaningful impact in leadership and finance, and building successful ventures as a business owner. Like many who are passionate about growth and self-discovery, I see every stage of life as an opportunity to evolve, deepen understanding, and create purpose-driven change.
